The training manual for cybersecurity
A set of 25 cards that help you understand and deal with cyberbullying, through:
👉🏻 descriptions and definitions of the types of online bullying
👉🏻 real-life situations that reflect each type
👉🏻 practical advice for every case
👉🏻 supportive texts for those experiencing bullying, for parents, teachers, caregivers, and even for the perpetrators of these situations.
CTRL ALT ACT aims to empower anyone facing virtual bullying, without fear and with dignity!
Our goal was never to spread a sense of “we’re doomed” mentality, but instead highlight the strength and power each person has to address a situation and reshape the narrative. Intentionally, we avoided labels like “the bullied” or “the bully,” as they can be counterproductive in truly supporting people. True change begins when we see people for their potential, not their limitations.
